Consider writing a short piece (usually no more than 1000 words) to be published in a public-facing magazine or website. This workshop will take participants through the basics of summarizing a short-form idea (such as a book review essay\, an interview\, or a think-piece)\, identifying a target venue\, and pitching or submitting the piece.
